Design & Content Team Lead

We seek an experienced designer to lead our design and content team.

Imagine a design team that creates both digital and conventional designs, films, photographs, illustrates, and animates.

That knows how to use AI or any technology that will be invented someday.

• have enough experience to work independently or lead colleagues.
• are fluent in the tools of graphic design.
• follow the newest design trends.
• know the principles of communication on digital & social.
• are eager to learn new design technologies.
• are good at managing people and projects.
• have the determination to make decisions & lead.
• understand well what is written here (yes, English is a must).

• you lead your team (9 people at the moment) – inspiring, advising, helping to accomplish any mission.
• you plan the workload of your team and individual members.
• you represent your team while dealing with other departments of the agency and clients.
• you plan your projects – help to set budgets, plan recourses, find solutions; if necessary – look for needed professionals outside of the agency.
